Material: polyester, non-woven fabric which are soft touch, wear-resistant.
Thickness: 5-6mm, thick enough.
It is non-woven and dyed by advanced technology, has good fastness, is largely soft, nice water absorption.
What makes it different from the old material: The seam stitches are very firm to prevent the unraveling of the fabric.

    We process orders between Monday and Friday. Processing time is 2-3 days. So if you order in the weekend, the processing time is 4-5 days

    • SHIPPING TIME :

    If your shipping address is in USA, Estimate shipping time is: 3-7 days

    If your shipping address is not in USA, Estimate shipping time is: 7-14 days

    DO YOU SHIP WORLDWIDE?

    Yes. We provide shipping to all countries around the world. However, there is some locations we are unable to ship to because of war, storm, earthquake…. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.

    DO YOU PROVIDE TRACKING INFORMATION?

    Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contain your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.

    WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?

    For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.

    DELIVERY DELAYS

    IN THE HOLIDAYS SHIPPING TIME AS HALLOWEEN, CHRISTMAS,…

    Have no addtion shipping in the holidays as Halloween, Christmas… but maybe it may take longer than usual to deliver ( shipping time may be add more 2-8 days)

    REFUSE DELIVERY

    Please note, should an order shipped to you be returned to us due to either being refused, unclaimed, or because of an incorrect shipping address you had given us, you will be responsible for the 2-way shipping cost of the order and a 15% restocking fee.

    MISSING

    We are not directly responsible for lost or stolen packages, but we will be happy to help you file a claim with the shipping company. You must contact us immediately if the shipment was not received within 48 hours of the delivery date shown by the shipping service. All requests must be made within 15 days of the shipment date for any possibility of a claim.

    If the tracking information states that your items have been delivered, but you have not received it, please check around your neighborhood if another home received it by mistake.

    The delivery vehicle has GPS that sometimes automatically updates a shipment as “delivered” prematurely. Wait another business day because the package was most likely marked as delivered accidentally and will arrive the following day.

    If the parcel does not show up (on an infrequent occasion), please call the shipping carrier and file a claim. You can call the UPS, FedEx, or USPS Hotline to file a claim, or you can do it online. Your package comes insured by the USPS, FedEx, or USPS, and they are liable for miss delivered or stolen property in most cases.

    Order delivery can be delayed due to acts of nature: Sansan-Design store shall not be liable and will not issue any refund or credit if an order delivery is delayed due to causes beyond the shipping carrier’s control, including, but not limited to: acts of God, natural disasters or weather delays.

  • HOW DOES RETURN WORK?

    We are confident that you will be happy with when you get your purchase handy. If for any reasons you found mistakes caused by us within 30 days after you received the package, simply send us an email to yenmaiyen606@gmail.com  and claim for a return request.

    In the email please include your order number found on your packing slip or in the order confirmation email received when the order was placed. All returned products must be unworn and unwashed (no exceptions). 

    No restocking fee but return shipping charges must be paid by customer.

    Notice: Please choose your size carefully before you order, we don't accept to exchange the size, or exchange product unless otherwise we send the wrong size or wrong products. Because every product we ship is Printed on demand. Each product is unique and has special value to the person who ordered it, and cannot be sold to another person.

    RESTRICTIONS APPLY TO RETURN

    • The first, we only accept returns if it is our mistake and you must have proof of our mistake (please send to us photos of products which you receive if you can)
    • We only accept returns within 30 days from the date you received our items, any item was overdue will not be issued for a refund or exchange.
    • We only allow return on items that are unused and have not been worn or washed.
    • We don't accept to exchange the size or exchange product unless otherwise we send the wrong size or wrong product which you ordered. Because every product we ship is Printed on demand. Each product is unique and has special value to the person who ordered it, and cannot be sold to another person.

    RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

    1. After reading carefully all of our return restrictions, now you are sure your item(s) is able to return, please follow these steps:
    2.  Send us an email noticing your return request and your merchandise conditions including images and the reason why you want to return.
    3. Then we will review your request with your proof which you sent. If mistakes caused by us we will accept your return request and go to next step.
    4. Well packed your item(s) then go to the nearest USPS to send it back to us and make sure to fill in the correct address to return your products . (Return shipping fee will be paid by customer)
    5. Please wait for our confirmation when we received your package, we’ll issue for a refund or exchange right after we receive and inspect your order.

    REFUND PROCEDURE

    Combining your shipping time, inspection time, and your bank’s credit processing time it could take 3-8 business days to have your refund issued and for your account to be accredited.
